★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t order from here! We are traveling internationally with a time change and needed pizza delivered late. We waited in hotel lobby for an hour for the “half hour delivery” for no one to show up. Tried calling the restaurant and no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam. If you order through their website they charge you for the full delivery. The order didn't arrive and they told me that I can order again and try and get a refund through the website. Through the phone they didn't help at all and pretty much ignored my concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website is a scam! Don’t order from there! Through some official delivery service it’s probably fine, but the butlon.com won’t deliver it. We called them and they were very rude about it. Then we checked and it’s mentioned in so many comments, that they should do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery was quick, however the driver ignored our request of calling our mobile upon arrival. This caused the hotel receptionist to come to our room, asking us to be downstairs to collect food in future. Had the driver followed our request this would have been done.
It was however clear that the speed of delivery clearly substituted quality from the food.
The meals tasted cheap. The lasagna was a dodgy consistency resembling diarrhoea (and tasting akin to vomit), and the presentation of the food being less than impressive; half my pizza was stuck to the roof of the box. It truly wasn’t worth the amount we paid for and both went uneaten.
I’d seriously recommend you go elsewhere for food. We literally flushed the lasagna down the toilet, and the pizza sits across from us, barely touched and stinking the hotel room. Not impressed at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Found this small and 'isolated' place very interesting and unique , 1-2 man operation but the product is very fresh , nicely made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended . please be patient...the food preparation might be slowly ... but IT IS worth it. remarkable taste!! cannot wait to come back!
