M	Monika Rozkydálková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am horrified that you are just sending me an unannounced invoice for €40 euros, for a missed appointment booked on just the same day - that is not a symbolic price for picking up a call that I bothered to give you to apologize politely that blood samples for our flight to Brazil could still be premature and pointless, since we weren't able to find transport means available for dogs in the destination. Although we did find a solution now, I do not dare to make another appointment by you, since in a case of missfortune, we could happen to pay €40 for just an apology again..... It would be mean to forget that I have received a lot of good advice and service at the clinic chain too, so apparently there are some gems in the team, but this is my second disappointment. When I came to the Zaandam clinic before with my dog's face all swallen, I was really terrified that it may be a sign of serious poison. I was soothed to learn that it was just a simple alergic reaction, one that I myself have been experiencing all my life, but then just told off by Mrs. doctor very rudely that "that's it? All this for nothing?!" when I refused an allergy treatment for €190 allthough I payed the visit. The manner that the chain (the chain, please, and really not all of it's doctors) portrays towards customer, i.e. systematic charging that much for just a rebooking that can happen to just about anyone, is hilarious, and it is what has ultimately made me decide to look for a new doctor.

I did a 5-minutes check of the dog and I had to pay €50! Same applies to sterilisation, €350 to sterilise a dog that weights less than 7kgs! No comment.
L	Lee Mast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice veterinarian office. Good vet and assistants. They listen and are very clear in explaining what is going on and what they can do. Our cat was checked thoroughly and we left with a good feeling. I feel like I can call for advice anytime.

My dog has been followed in this clinic since March 2020, he had several symptoms such as: Loss of vision, weight loss, nails with abnormal growth, vomiting, apathy and among other alarming factors. After 7 months of exams, appointments and various medications, they were unable to give me any diagnosis about what the dog had and were always trying to sell me more products for the basic symptoms. I decided to search to a second opinion and after taking my dog to this new clinic, on the same day they diagnosed that my dog had Lesmaniasis and all the symptoms were signs of the disease and therefore did not understand why the colleagues were not diagnosed with the disease with 7 months of observation. When I returned to the plusdierenklinic, they apologized because they did not associate the symptoms with the disease and claimed that they had no experience or were specialists and refused to assist my animal. Negative points : Consultations - perform unnecessary exams for everything. Prices - absurd and never fixed, where the same service is never the same price .. General - only concerned with making money, selling products and not animal health I WILL NOT COMR BACK FOR SURE!
