β β β β β Heel bizar...die controles op recepten.
Krijg voor mn vader o.a. morfinedrank-recept mee. Staat de dosering foutief op het etiket?? Hoe dan?? Als het goed is is er een collega die checkt!? Ik zei al: er zal een apotheker bellen dat de dosering 2 x zo hoog vermeldt staat dan de bedoeling is...en je raadt het al...niks gehoord...bizar...zeker met opiaten!!
Gelukkig let je zelf op en was het voor paps toch al einde oefening, anders had ik hier zeker achter aan gebeld!! Shame on you! :-(
Very bizarre ... those checks on recipes.
For my father, among other things, get a morphine drink recipe. Is the dosage incorrect on the label ?? How?? If all goes well there is a colleague who checks !? I already said: there will be a pharmacist calling that the dosage is twice as high as intended ... and you guessed it ... heard nothing ... bizarre ... certainly with opiates !!
Fortunately, you pay attention yourself and it was already the end of practice for Dad, otherwise I would certainly have called after this !! Shame on you! :-(

β β β β β Lieve mensen, maar het gaat werkelijk waar iedere keer mis met het versturen van digitale recepten / klaar leggen van recepten. De apotheek wijst naar > huisartsenpost > poli afdeling en dat in een leuke cirkel. Frustrerend, zo moeilijk kan het niet zijn zou je denken.
Dear people, but it really goes wrong every time with sending digital recipes / preparing recipes. The pharmacy points to > outpatient clinic > outpatient department and that in a nice circle. Frustrating, it can't be that hard you would think.

Yet, the farmacist was the SLOWEST person that I have ever seen. 1 hour to serve 3 customers. Hire someone that is not sleeping while he is working please.
