Since a hernia operation I have not been mobile for a while, so that medication has to be delivered. The Wippolder Pharmacy is always good and friendly to me, they respond very quickly and delivery is always in order. Thank you!

Summary: Be careful when they ask you if you want explanation for the medicine because it is NOT FREE!
Story: I bought an eye drop from this pharmacy for €10.42 and now I see the bill that they charged me extra €6.36 for explaining how to use the eye drop. Can you imagine a pharmacy charging you for 10-seconds talk on how to use the medicine they sell? What a great idea to rip off the elderly who don't really check their medical bills. Even funnier I didn't even get an explanation for the eye drop since I told them I already know how to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexcusably slow service. It's 2022 and they don't accept Visa or Mastercard. Do yourself a favour and walk 5 minutes further into the centre to the next pharmacy.
