★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post office only sell stamps in sheets. Instead of buying a sheet of 9 stamps for 1 post card, you can go to the bookstore AKO, also in this station, to get individual stamps.

The employees don’t help you at all, treat the packages poorly, literally throw them inside a room not caring if it’s delicate or not, and are incredibly rude. They were waking around the store making the merchandise they sell look in place, while there was a 15 people line waiting to be attended. The worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are super quick! Made a last minute keychain @CRE8, handed in my envelope at 18:00ish yesterday and my friend already received it this morning. They weigh the envelope and tell you what to pay. I paid by card. Really easy and quick. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it is great that Central Station has a post office. Sometimes I have to return a package and since I have to past CS for work I dont have to make a detour just for that. The employees have always been very nice and helpful, so I dont get the mean posts here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmmm, I use this place quite often and have only ever found the service to be helpful, prompt and efficient. It's immensely convenience to have a full-service post office inside Centraal that stays open late, including at weekends. Well done to the team.
