★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service. Today, September 24, a woman didn’t want to help me to send my parcel and started to answer me in Dutch and complain, although I said that I speak English and she spoke English perfectly too. Employees just don’t want to do their job properly.
Dear Post NL, please teach your employees to speak politely to foreigners as well.
