Ik ervaar dezelfde situatie wat dhr Qaisar Masoud heeft aangegeven in zijn revieuw over dit bedrijf.
Even 1 star is too much.
I experience the same situation that Mr. Qaisar Masoud has stated in his review about this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post point is now handled by primera. I have few experiences there. All the the experiences about the post weren't positive. These ladies are like giving us favor by taking our post or packages and saying that they don't earn anything on the packages ?. They are so arrogant and will be humiliating even if you use some tape from there to stick the address to the package.
If you go there, take everything with you like scissor, tape, pen etc..
I wouldn't have given 1 star for this post point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that the post office in Netherlands is a bit complicated and slow. I sent a package as a birthday gift to someone celebrating on the 24th, i sent it on the 12 of June but now 25th of June still had no record where is it? I tried to contact the post office and i cannot get tru, there was only robot to chat and i could not be able to get an answer. I am sending package from Spain and it will be for the destination in 5626CC Eindhoven.
I wish there is a way to send inquiries directly to the office via email but i did not see any. So, i end up making review here hoping the post rules would change and improve the service.
