★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude personnel- I was shouted on for not Speakind Dutch to them. Not willing to return a parcel, because they need to type manually the adress ( standart return of other stories clothing brand procedure). Never having issues with both post.nl offices on that on beethovenstraat

"You have to leave or I will kick your boxes out on the street".
"And I will help" - chips in (in Dutch of course) a thuggy guy from the omni-present queue.
You should just change your name to "NOT FOR FOREIGNERS" BV ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever! Do not use any of their services at all. They are rude, unprofessional, mean. Do not even think to help you out. Just behaving like heartless robot. If you have to use post service, or even buy a diary or post card, go somewhere else and let them failed!
