Our Mail Terminal Amsterdam, close to the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, offers you a single drop-off point for all your international mail and parcel direct services. Our terminal location, just 10 minutes from the airport, allows us to offer deliveries in Europe within 2-5 days and in the rest of the world within 5-12 days. Your requirements can easily be adapted to your shipping profile.

PostPlus promises their customers that their parcels are in our warehouse for a maximum of 48h. During this time we process everything necessary including additional services you have ordered. Our terminal takes care of sorting, custom clearance, additional labeling if needed and much more.

Disgusting service from the company! E-mails are not answered, the parcel is in some unknown place, delivery time is impossible to find out! Such companies should be closed and forgotten. NEVER use their services, you will waste a lot of time and nerves.

Dear Post+, I've contacted you via email and via your contact form on you website. Also I've tried to call you several times. Unfortunately you phone number is not in the service. And I didn't receive any reaction to my emails. It's very frustrating. It looks like my parcel is stuck somewhere in NL for more than 10 days and it's not clear when it will be delivered. I'm waiting for my parcel for more than 3 weeks already. They don't answer direct emails/messages through the contact form. Few days ago they even deleted their phone number from the website. NEVER!!!! just NEVER use this company. They are not reliable. UPD: I finally received my parcel. The total time of delivery (by Post+) was 1 month. More than 2 weeks they were ignoring my messages. Just the best customer service ever!
