Durfte den alten Tischscchutz behalten und es kam ein neuer komplett umsonst bei mir an, nachdem ich mit dem tollen Kundenservice per Email geschrieben hatte. Die Qualität ist super. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal. Very good service after I took the 1% larger variant and was dissatisfied with it after 3 weeks because it didn't shrink. Got to keep the old table protector and got a new one completely free after emailing with great customer service. The quality is great. Thank you very much again.

M	Martina Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Folie nicht passend für unseren Tisch,obwohl er matt ist, hatten wir Flecken auf der Folie die auf jeden Tisch zu sehen war,egal ob hell oder dunkel. Auch nach der Reinigung der Folie wurde es nicht besser,das war eindeutig in der Folie.Reklamation ist eine Katastrophe, da alles überlastet ist.Nach drei Tagen dann die Info,ich hätte falsch bestellt und es wird nicht reguliert. Ich hatte Foto hinzugefügt.Das ist KEIN Kundenservice. Nun steht die Folie noch hier und sie riecht immer noch. Keine Empfehlung von uns, sehr sehr unzufrieden. Unfortunately, the film was not suitable for our table, although it is matt, we had spots on the film that could be seen on every table, whether light or dark. Even after cleaning the foil it didn't get any better, it was clearly in the foil. Complaints are catastrophic because everything is overloaded. After three days I got the information that I had ordered the wrong thing and it wasn't regulated. I had added photo. This is NOT customer service. Now the foil is still here and it still smells. No recommendation from us, very very dissatisfied.

Antwort von der Firma: Man hätte 1% in den Maßen dazu geben sollen, es wäre eingelaufen! Dann hätte ich in der Breite 1,3 cm zu viel gehabt und in der Länge hätte es gerade gepasst. Hände weg von einer Bestellung bei denen, Maßanfertigung können die tatsächlich nicht. The tailor-made film is 1 cm too short in length and 3 mm too wide in width! Response from the company: You should have added 1% to the measurements, it would have shrunk! Then I would have had 1.3 cm too much in width and it would have just fitted in length. Steer clear of an order from those who cannot actually be made to measure.
