Bij Leen bakker werken ruim 2500 medewerkers in de 170 winkels, de distributiecentra, transport en servicekantoor. Elke dag zetten zij zich in om het voor onze klanten mogelijk te maken om van hun huis een thuis te maken. Zo stellen we iedereen in staat om van hun huis een thuis te maken.
Ons servicekantoor en onze distributiecentra zijn gevestigd in Raamsdonksveer, van waaruit de winkels en de webshop worden aangestuurd.
Leen Bakker maakt onderdeel uit van Investeringsmaatschappij Gilde. Gilde Equity Management is opgericht in 1982 en behoort tot één van de oudste en meest toonaangevende participatiemaatschappijen van Nederland. Sinds die tijd heeft Gilde geïnvesteerd in meer dan 50 bedrijven in de retail, food, dienstverlenende en maak-industrie in Nederland en België. Onder deze bedrijven bevindt zich ook woondiscounter Kwantum.

β β β β β I admire the product but the customer service was pretty bad, when they made mistakes they just ask customer deal with it themselves, customer service told that "you should contact shop " and shop said you should reach customer service. no one wants to take the responsibility once there is a problem. I spent my time and money for nothing but bad experience, not even get my order in home.

I am trying to reach customer service from months but no one pickup phone. I raised complaint for formulier but no response on that too. This is very frustrating and annoying buying experience with Leen Bakker. Donβt know what to do. Canβt see any option to cancel my order too. ?

β β β β β Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Assistant was very uncooperative and rude. Got the manager on and he was even more rude and uncooperative. My request was a very simple one but they didnt even want to try and the manager just dismissed the conversation rudely by telling his assistant in Dutch that the conversation is over and walked away.
