★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nooit eerder heb ik zo een belabberde klantenservice meegemaakt. 1 ster is nog teveel voor dit bedrijf.
Wij hebben een ellipse tafelzeil gekocht en alles ingegeven zoals de website het voorschrijft (lengte en breedte van onze tafel). Echter, toen we het tafelzeil op onze tafel wilden leggen, bleek dit niet perfect te passen (zie bijgevoegde foto's). Dit kan natuurlijk gebeuren. We namen contact op met het bedrijf omdat we hoopten op een rechtzetting / oplossing voor dit probleem.
Dit was echter de teleurstellende reactie die we terugkregen van de klantendienst: "In 99% van de gevallen past het zeil mooi op de tafel. De tafel die jullie hebben zal waarschijnlijk geen standaardovaal zijn en heeft waarschijnlijk een bredere ronding aan de bovenkant. Dit product is niet retourneerbaar en wij kunnen niet tussenbeide komen."
Reactie uit een tweede mail: “Het enige wat jullie kunnen doen is een rechthoekig zeil bestellen en dit zelf bijsnijden met een cuttermesje. Een andere optie is jammer genoeg niet mogelijk.”
Slim gezien natuurlijk van Tafelzeilonline. Een foutief product verkopen om daarna nog een tweede product proberen te verkopen. Kassa kassa.
Dit snap ik niet. Je verkoopt een product aan een klant, het past niet en je voorziet geen oplossing? Neen, dit bedrijf beveel ik niet aan.
Never before have I experienced such lousy customer service. 1 star is too much for this company.
We bought an ellipse oilcloth and entered everything as the website prescribes (length and width of our table). However, when we wanted to put the oilcloth on our table, it turned out not to fit perfectly (see attached photos). Of course this can happen. We contacted the company as we were hoping for a rectification/solution to this issue.
However, this was the disappointing response we got back from customer service: "In 99% of the cases the tarpaulin fits nicely on the table. The table you have probably won't be a standard oval and will probably have a wider curve at the top. This product is non-returnable and we cannot intervene."
Response from a second email: “All you can do is order a rectangular tarp and trim it yourself with a cutter. Unfortunately, no other option is possible.”
Smart, of course, from Tafelzeilonline. Sell an incorrect product and then try to sell a second product. Cash register.
I don't understand this. You sell a product to a customer, it doesn't fit and you don't provide a solution? No, I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schitterende service: correcte communicatie, super snelle levering, prima verpakking.
Helaas is het product echter onvoorstelbaar delicaat: elk voorwerp laat een afdruk na, zelfs al na enkele uren. Zeer spijtig. Eigenlijk heeft het geen zin dat deze beschermer doorzichtig is; na het minste gebruik moet je er toch een tafellaken over leggen,... zonde,... dit hadden wij niet verwacht.
Brilliant service: correct communication, super fast delivery, excellent packaging.
Unfortunately, however, the product is incredibly delicate: every object leaves a mark, even after a few hours. Very sorry. Actually, it makes no sense that this protector is transparent; after the slightest use you still have to put a tablecloth over it, ... a shame, ... we did not expect this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zou hier zeker geen tafelzeil bestellen, pas op mensen. De maat die je opgeeft wordt al niet geleverd. Daarna krimpt het zeil enorm. Vink je aan dat je een langer zeil wilt, dan geeft het bedrijf aan dat deze ook niet kan krimpen. Volledig indekken en slechte producten leveren. Geef je euro’s ergens anders uit, service is een woord wat zij niet kennen. Zelfs één ster is dit niet waard!
I would certainly not order oilcloth here, beware people. The size you specify is not already delivered. After that, the sail shrinks enormously. If you tick that you want a longer sail, the company will indicate that it cannot shrink. Complete cover and deliver bad products. Spend your euros elsewhere, service is a word they do not know. Not even one star worth this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwaar teleurstellend op alle vlakken.
Bezorging met red je pakketje moet je nooit doen, het zou dezelfde avond bezorgd worden, dat werd 2 weken later.
Tafelbeschermer met advies 1% extra vanwegen krimp, steekt 2,5 cm uit. Deze is niet gekrompen. Heel onhandig en lelijk dat deze niet passend is.
Service is vreselijk of beter gezegd is er gewoon niet. Na een hele week mailen en vragen om een oplossing word ik aan het lijntje gehouden, zonder enige oplossing.
Ik ben zwaar teleurgesteld en daarom deze review om anderen te waarschuwen.
Very disappointing on all levels.
You should never deliver with red je package, it would be delivered the same evening, that was 2 weeks later.
Table protector with advice 1% extra due to shrinkage, protrudes 2.5 cm. This one has not shrunk. Very clumsy and ugly that this one doesn't fit.
Service is terrible or rather just not there. After a whole week of e-mailing and asking for a solution, I am kept on the line, without any solution.
I am deeply disappointed and therefore this review to warn others.

Bij het gewenste product kun je direct aan de slag met de afmeting, op maat laten snijden is echt een uitkomst!!. Bezorging binnen 1 werkdag, en mooi op een koker aangeleverd :)
Zeer tevreden met de kwaliteit, is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk en gemakkelijk te plaatsen. Het houd heel veel inkijk tegen en geeft je er een rustgevend patroon voor terug! Bedankt! Oma is helemaal tevreden ?
