★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Fa. Radtke ( schon seit vielen Jahren) und auch mit Herr Schupp ( entgegen der vorherigen Rezension)
Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und die Beratung war prima/ kompetent. Auch seine Initiative, um uns das gewünschte Gerät noch kurzfristig liefern zu können war einfach klasse.
In Corona- Zeiten und Lieferketten Problemen ist es für niemanden einfach, daher ganz großes Lob.

 I am very satisfied with the Radtke company (for many years) and also with Mr. Schupp (contrary to the previous review)
He took a lot of time and the advice was great / competent. His initiative to be able to deliver the desired device to us at short notice was just great.
In times of corona and supply chain problems, it is not easy for anyone, so great praise.

NUR, hier entsprechen die Begriffe - Beratung und Betreuung - noch exakt deren Inhalt. Hier wird sich auch noch nach dem Kauf um einen gekümmert. Ein super nettes und hilfsbereites Team. GERNE WIEDER !!!!
I've bought some devices here in the meantime. The prices were no worse than those at large dealers. ONLY, here the terms - advice and support - still correspond exactly to their content. They'll take care of you even after you've bought it. A super nice and helpful team. GLADLY AGAIN !!!!

Absolut empfehlenswert.
Ein wirklich gut geführtes alteingesessenes Familienunternehmen.
Man hat dort in der Ausstellung natürlich nicht sooo eine riesen Auswahl wie bei der großen Konkurrenz aber manchmal ist weniger auch mehr. Klein aber fein.
We've been buying our televisions, satellite systems, washing machines, dishwashers and everything else there for years. Top advice and the price can't be beat.
Highly Recommended.
A really well run long established family business.
Of course you don't have as much choice there in the exhibition as with the big competition, but sometimes less is more. Small but nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen Fernseher reklamiert, wo nach dem Einschalten kein Bild kam. Reklamation wurde zurück gewiesen da angeblich das Gerät hingefallen oder runter gefallen sei. Gerät befand sich noch in der Garantiezeit.ist weder gefallen
noch irgendwo runter gestürzt oder sonst was. Gerät wurde noch nicht mal eingerichtet, also war noch in der Werkseinstellungen und die Schutzfolien waren auch noch dran. Diskussion nicht möglich. Mein letzter Einkauf hier, da keine Kulanz angeboten wurde. Echt mies!!! Da geh ich jetzt in die großen Märkte, schade für den Handel vor Ort
I complained about a television where there was no picture after switching it on. Complaint was rejected because allegedly the device fell or fell down. Device was still in the warranty period. Didn't fall
fell down somewhere or something. The device hasn't even been set up yet, so it was still in the factory settings and the protective films were still on. Discussion not possible. My last purchase here as no goodwill was offered. really bad!!! I now go to the big markets, it's a shame for the local trade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kaufen schon ewig innerhalb der ganzen Familie unsere Haushaltsgeräte bei Radtke. Waren bisher auch immer zufrieden mit Beratung und Preis.
Nun musste ein neues Herdset und eine Waschmaschine für meine Mutter her.
Die Beratung war... ok, sehr gesprächig war die Fachberaterin aber leider nicht. Man musste alles erfragen.
Beim Kauf beider Geräte ist man uns im Gesamtpreis leider keinen einzigen Cent entgegen gekommen. Beim Kauf von zwei Geräten haben wir das eigentlich erwartet. Daher kann ich leider nur 2 Sterne vergeben.
The whole family has been buying our household appliances from Radtke for a long time. Have always been satisfied with advice and price.
Now my mother needed a new cooker set and a washing machine.
The advice was... ok, but unfortunately the specialist advisor was not very talkative. You had to ask everything.
Unfortunately, when we bought both devices, we didn't get a single cent in the total price. We actually expected that when we bought two devices. So unfortunately I can only give it 2 stars.
