Die MitarbeiterInnen sind kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend. I bought my new e-bike today. I have been there several times for advice and test drives and I am very satisfied. Here you get good advice without being rushed. The employees are competent, friendly and courteous.

Was zu bedenken ist ,bei der Auswahl die man trifft bei einem Kauf.Wir sind zufällig in Oberhausen ,und haben dieses Fahrrad Geschäft entdeckt.und es nicht bereut.Sobald neue E,-Bikes eintreffen kommen wir gerne wieder hierher..Wir können dieses Geschäft nur weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten in keinem anderem Geschäft so eine gute Beraten.bitte weiter so. The advice was great, very detailed, and the young salesperson with the first name Michael made us aware of many details that you should know when buying an e-bike. What to consider when making a purchase. We happen to be in Oberhausen, and have discovered this bike shop. And have not regretted it. As soon as new e-bikes arrive, we will be happy to come back here. We can do this I can only recommend this business. We haven't had such good advice in any other business. Please keep it up.
M	Mark Gorris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute habe ich mein E-bike aus der Reparatur abgeholt (Husqvarna MC6). Das Rad ist nicht weit verbreitet und Ersatzteile schwierig zu bekommen. Aber die haben das geschafft, wo drei Bike-Reparaturläden abgewunken haben. Der Preis für die Reparatur, sowie auch der Service sind unschlagbar. Bei meinem E-Bike war die Hinterachse defekt und die Original Teile von Husqvarna sind nicht mehr nachzukaufen. Trotzdem haben die Jungs es geschafft baugleiche Teile zu finden und diese einzubauen. Ich bin echt dankbar und werde auf jeden Fall nur noch hier hin gehen. Jungs, ihr habt mir echt das Frühjahr gerettet. Klasse. Bis bald und ganz herzlichen Dank noch einmal.. Mark Gorris Today I picked up my e-bike from the repair shop (Husqvarna MC6). The wheel is not widely available and spare parts are difficult to come by. But they managed to do it where three bike repair shops declined. The price for the repair and the service are unbeatable. The rear axle of my e-bike was defective and the original parts from Husqvarna can no longer be bought. Nevertheless, the boys managed to find identical parts and install them. I'm really grateful and will definitely only go here. You guys really saved my spring. Class. See you soon and thank you again.. Mark Gorris
