Ich musste als Übersetzerin mit zum Termin kommen mit meiner kleinen fast 2 jährigen Tochter die leider Heute da etwas laut war und gerne rumrennen wollte. Sobald ich Sie davon abhielt fing Sie an zu schreien. Mir waren die Hände gebunden. Dann bekam Ich ständig von den Mitarbeiterinnen u.a Frau Schunke andauernd Aufforderungen das Kind ruhig zu stellen, eine andere Kollegin befiehl uns Etwas Disziplinierter zu sein, daraufhin habe Ich ihr gesagt sie solle mit Ihrem Wortschatz etwas vorsichtig sein denn das nehme Ich als beleidigung an und ob Sie denn nicht sehe das Ich alles dafür tuhe damit mein Kind ruhig bleibt. Dann kam die Leiterin Frau Buchbender, ich kurz vorm weinen kurz vor‘m zusammenbrechen, und sagte mir Ich soll die Praxis sofort verlassen, sonst riefe Sie die Polizei. Ich habe Ihr gesagt das Ich mich höchstpersönlich bei Bürgermeister beschweren werde und warte mit Ihr aif die Polizei. Dann kam meiner Mutter endlich aus der MRT raus und wir fuhren nachHause. Ohne überhaupt zu wissen wie es eigentlich mit Ihrer Behandlung weiter geht. Liebe Menschheit, was wie wo kann Ich als Mutter in dem moment richtig reagieren. Ich fühle mich so schlecht und hoffe das Ich nie wieder in diese Praxis kommen muss? aber Ich glaube an Karma und hoffe das diese Personen auch mal in so eine Situation versetzt werden. Und so Hilflos da stehen! Never in my life have I felt so helpless and humiliated as I did today in this practice! As a translator, I had to come to the appointment with my little almost 2 year old daughter who unfortunately was a bit loud today and wanted to run around. As soon as I stopped her, she started screaming. My hands were tied. Then I received constant requests from the staff, including Ms. Schunke, to keep the child quiet, another colleague ordered us to be a little more disciplined, then I told her to be a little careful with your vocabulary because I take that as an insult and if not You don't see that I do everything to keep my child calm. Then the manager, Ms. Buchbender, came, I was about to cry, just about to collapse, and told myself I should leave the practice immediately, otherwise you will call the police. I told her that I would personally complain to the mayor and wait with you aif the police. Then my mother finally got out of the MRI and we drove home. Without even knowing how to proceed with your treatment. Dear humanity, what how where can I as a mother react correctly at the moment. I feel so bad and hope that I never have to come to this practice again? but I believe in karma and hope that these people will be put in such a situation one day. And stand there helplessly!
S	Sebastian Thelen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nach 1 Woche immer noch kein Befund bekommen. Telefonisch nie zu erreichen! NAch 20(!) Anrufen habe ich es aufgegeben. Ständig nur ein Band das 5 Minuten geht und dann sagt, es sei kein Mitarbeiter verfügbar. Unfortunately, after 1 week I still got no findings. Never reachable by phone! AFTER 20 (!) Calls I gave up. Constantly just one tape that goes on for 5 minutes and then says that there is no employee available.

Dann bin ich zu der anderen Arzthelferin gegangen sie hatte erst auch keine Zeit,naja danach Datenschutz ausfüllen dies und das meint die âltere Arzthelferin:Wenn die Frau …. Nicht kommt also ich werde ich sie rausschmeisen. Ich so: Bitte!! Keine Antwort anscheinend hat ihre Kollegin sie aufgeklart das ich schon seit 15 min schon in der Praxis bin. Unverschâmtheit!!!! Wer sind sie das sie mich aus der Praxıs rausschmeisen wollten!! Totall unfreundliche Damen an der Anmeldung. Werde mich noch schiftlich per e- mail über die Mitarbeitern mich beschweren!!! Der Termin selber war auch sehr positiv. Ich habe nicht warten müssen und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. I cannot confirm the negative reviews. The tel. Appointments were very good and I got an appointment at very short notice. The appointment itself was also very positive. I didn't have to wait and all of the staff were very friendly.

Today is day 14 working day where I try to get an appointment. I waited 30 minutes a day in this strange waiting loop with the cruel music. you have to give it to yourself. if everyone works like this, Germany will perish.

Der Termin wurde zwar über eine andere 360° Praxis vermittelt, es wurde aber z.B. ein Tag vorher zurück gerufen und der Termin nochmals bestätigt. Der Empfang sehr professionell und freundlich, ebenso beim MRT. Die Einrichtung ist modern und großzügig gehalten. Falls ich nochmal ein MRT benötige (ich hoffe nicht so bald...), komme ich gerne wieder!! I can only report positively about the practice in Langenfeld! The appointment was arranged via another 360° practice, but was called back the day before, for example, and the appointment was confirmed again. The reception very professional and friendly, also at the MRT. The facility is modern and spacious. If I need an MRI again (I hope not so soon...), I'll be back!!
