Our trusty and expensive Jura coffee machine broke. What now: Found this company and handed over the machine. A few days later I got the redemptive phone call: Everything is ready, can be picked up. Competent employees met and the best advice received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin gestern zu dieser Firma gegangen, um mein Hermes-Paket abzuholen, und der Herr, der dort arbeitet, hat mir mein Pirqur-Paket nicht gegeben. Ich habe weder meinen Reisepass noch die Deutsche Personal Ausweis vorgelegt. Ich habe erklärt, dass ich Europäer bin und keinen Reisepass, sondern einen Personalausweis benötige Das ist meine Identifikationsnummer neben meinem Namen. Ich habe bereits 8 Hermes-Pakete abgeholt und hatte nie Probleme damit. Ich habe versucht zu erklären, dass Sie das Paket ohne Reisepass abholen können. Sie müssen sich nur informieren, weil ich bereits genug Paket habe und trotzdem Er hat mir das Paket nicht gegeben, jetzt kommt das Paket zurück und ich muss erneut bezahlen, um die Bestellung über eine andere Firma an mich zu senden ... leider schlecht ausgebildete Leute, ich sage nichts Schlechtes über die Firma, sondern über die Person, die sich um mich gekümmert hat, die es nicht getan hat Ich kenne den Namen der Person nicht
I went to this company yesterday to pick up my Hermes package and the gentleman who works there did not give me my Pirqur package. I have neither presented my passport nor the German ID card. I have declared that I am European and that I do not need a passport but an identity card. This is my identification number next to my name. I have already picked up 8 Hermes parcels and have never had any problems with them. I tried to explain that you can pick up the package without a passport. You just have to inform yourself because I already have enough package and still He did not give me the package, now the package is coming back and I have to pay again to send the order to me through another company ... unfortunately poorly trained Folks, I don't say bad things about the company, I say about the person who took care of me, who didn't, I don't know the person's name

Zu REMOVA würde ich jederzeit wieder gehen.
I was given very competent advice. The repair of the coffee machine was ready for collection 2 weeks after delivery. I am very satisfied with the result including the inspection.
I would go to REMOVA again at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dies soll keine Bewertung sondern ein Erfahrungsbericht sein. Deshalb bewerte ich auch mit neutralen drei Sternen.
Ich habe meinen Kaffeevollautomat, eine Jura E80, zur Wartung zu dieser Firma gebracht. Die Maschine war völlig intakt, 4 Jahre alt. Wir haben uns gedacht nach 4 Jahren könnte man sie mal von innen reinigen lassen. Der angegebene Preis von 59 Euro zuzüglich ein paar Euro für div. Dichtungen, fanden wir absolut ok. Nach ca. 2 Wochen bekamen wir einen Anruf das die Brühgruppe der Maschine verschlissen sei und darüber hinaus so verschmutzt, das eine neue Brühgruppe verbaut werden muss. Kostenpunkt 228 Euro. Wie schon vorher erwähnt, funktionierte der Automat einwandfrei. Aber wenn ein Fachmann das einem so erklärt, muss man das wohl akzeptieren. Bei der Abholung habe ich dann trotzdem nochmal nachgehakt. Mir wurde daraufhin erklärt, das eine Reinigung der Brühgruppe zu umfangreich ( 4 Stunden, wow !!!) gewesen wäre. Aber genau deshalb haben wir Sie doch zur Wartung abgeben! Mir wurde noch mit auf den Weg gegeben, das die Maschine auf Grund der Verschmutzung im Innenbereich, nicht sehr pflegsam benutzt worden ist. Wir haben die Maschine für ca.4-6 Tassen Kaffee täglich benutzt. Alle Reinigung und Entkalkungsprogramme sind eingehalten worden. Was soll man denn als normaler Konsumierer denn noch tun?
Ich kann nicht beurteilen ob es sinnig gewesen ist die Brühgruppe auszutauschen, aber für uns steht fest, das wir den Automaten nicht nochmal zur Wartung bei der Fa. ReMoWa abgeben werden. Der Kaffee schmeckt im übrigen genau so gut wie vor der Wartung, nur mit nem faden Beigeschmack :-)
This should not be an evaluation but an experience report. That's why I also rate it with three neutral stars.
I brought my fully automatic coffee machine, a Jura E80, to this company for maintenance. The machine was completely intact, 4 years old. We thought after 4 years it could be cleaned from the inside. We found the stated price of 59 euros plus a few euros for various seals to be absolutely ok. After about 2 weeks we got a call that the brewing group of the machine was worn out and moreover so dirty that a new brewing group had to be installed. Cost 228 euros. As mentioned before, the machine worked perfectly. But if an expert explains it to you like that, you have to accept it. When I picked it up, I still checked again. I was then told that cleaning the brew group would have been too extensive (4 hours, wow !!!). But that's exactly why we have given you for maintenance! I was told that the machine had not been used very carefully due to the dirt inside. We used the machine for about 4-6 cups of coffee a day. All cleaning and descaling programs have been followed. What else should you do as a normal consumer?
I cannot judge whether it made sense to replace the brewing group, but it is clear to us that we will not return the machine to ReMoWa for maintenance. The coffee tastes just as good as it did before maintenance, only with a bland aftertaste :-)
