Pretty disappointing. On request by mail null reaction. Even if the enclosed coins are not interesting for this house via pdf, one can probably expect an answer.

Ich fühlte mich gut beraten und habe den Laden mit einem guten Gefühl und ohne die Münzen wieder verlassen.
I was pleasantly surprised with the way it was handled. I brought my deceased parents' coin collection to Mr. Kurzbach. He clearly stated the value of the coins and made us a decent, fair offer for the collection.
I felt well advised and left the shop with a good feeling and without the coins.
