The servers were informative on both food and wines. They even prepared me an extremely cute and tasty lip cake for my birthday! ❤️?

Ratatouille Food & Wine ranks as one of the top restaurants to dine in Haarlem. If you happen to have any crazy allergies they will take that into consideration when preparing your meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratatouille, beautifully located in the center of Haarlem at the Spaarne, deserves a culinary limelight!
Ratatouille has (rightfully earned) one star of Michelin, but really earned five stars of mine. Hope they are grateful for those as well.
The first starter is an excellent tasting Michelin star which was a good start. The three amuses (still not the first course) that followed were very special and excellent. My idea was that those very special tastes would be hard to follow, but the chef in the kitchen was very confident.
And rightfully so.
Not only every course was a surprise, but every bite of it was a heavenly reminder of the different taste buds that were all pleased at once. Not once, but in every bite I took, I felt the true love of the chef and the whole staff for this beautiful profession. The sommelier was a delight (took a picture of him in action with all the smoke). Not pretentious, but like a true professional and with all the love for wine he guided us through our wine arrangement.
If you are in Haarlem and truly want to experience a culinary delight, I can strongly recommend Ratatouille!
