Bij de Regionale Tuchtcolleges voor de Gezondheidzorg kunt u een klacht indienen over een zorgverlener. Bijvoorbeeld over een (tand)arts, apotheker, psychotherapeut en verpleegkundige. Deze moet wel in het BIG-register zijn ingeschreven. Het college beoordeelt dan of de zorgverlener een fout heeft gemaakt.
Tegen beslissingen van de Regionale Tuchtcolleges kunt u in beroep gaan. Dit kan bij het Centraal Tuchtcollege voor de Gezondheidszorg (CTG).
 The Disciplinary Courts for Healthcare (TG) monitor the quality of professional practice in healthcare.
You can submit a complaint about a care provider to the Regional Disciplinary College for Healthcare. For example about a (dental) doctor, pharmacist, psychotherapist and nurse. This must be entered in the BIG register. The Board then assesses whether the healthcare provider has made a mistake.
You can appeal against decisions of the Regional Disciplinary Courts. This is possible at the Central Disciplinary College for Healthcare (CTG).
