★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici con fermata praticamente appena fuori dalla porta. Ben attrezzato all'interno. Non ho dato le 5 stelle solo perché dovrebbero essere un pochino più curati nella pulizia che non è proprio ai massimi livelli per come sono abituata io (soprattutto gli scarichi dei bagni che non funzionano benissimo). Per il resto è veramente da consigliare!
Great location. Well served by public transport with stops practically just outside the door. Well equipped inside. I have not given the 5 stars just because they should be a little more cared for in cleaning which is not exactly at the highest levels as I am used to (especially the drains of the bathrooms that do not work very well). For the rest it is really to be recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was almost no attention from the property in the emergency situation (robbery in the apartment with no door/windows breakage). Rare answers in messengers, rejecting calls, no actions (relocation, locks change) - when you need it most. Police came in 10 min. Someone from the property - only in 4 (!) days. All our stay turned to be a complete fail from Cityden - just because anything else doesn't make any sense if you feel unsafe in apartment that was robbed with own master key and locks have not been changed for days. Disgusting experience. Neighbours say another robbery happened just week before. Now it's police case. Contact me if you need details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really central location near de pijp and the markets, lots of food options. You can expect that most apartments in central Amsterdam to be slightly old and this is probably no different however the apartment was very well equip. Security wise, I would say it could be improved as there was no alarms, safety box given and break ins can be quite common in this area. As it was in the city, we were very unfortunate to have unwanted guest - rats coming into our apartment to which the management at Cityden took quite a while to respond to it and nothing could have really been done as well.
