★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een voucher gekocht maar deze is spijtig genoeg vervallen. Resnap wilt hier niets voor in de plaats geven. Ik ben mijn geld dus kwijt.
I had bought a voucher but unfortunately it has expired. Resnap does not want to give anything in its place. So I lost my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voucher gekocht maar spijtig genoeg vervallen (is maar 6 maanden geldig). Toen we dit aan Resnap meldden was hun antwoord: "Spijtig, u bent uw geld kwijt!"
Bought voucher but unfortunately expired (only valid for 6 months). When we reported this to Resnap, their response was, "Sorry, you lost your money!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Create a photobook with your instagram photo's'... for 9 weeks now I have been talking to several staff members about a technical issue i've been dealing with. I tried to create several accounts, using several operating systems and several devices. The option to 'fetch photo's from instagram' doesn't work AT ALL.
