Bij Restaurant Freud bieden we de mogelijkheid om arbeidsmatige dagbesteding te doen in verschillende functies. Zo bereidt de dagploeg het restaurant voor, bereiden de koks catering en a la carte gerechten, bedienen onze gastheren en vrouwen de gasten in het restaurant en zorgen onze afwassers ervoor dat alles weer netjes opgeruimd wordt en de borden weer beschikbaar zijn. Als je een opleiding wil volgen in het horeca vak dan kan dat ook. Restaurant Freud is een officieel leer-werk bedrijf. Onze leermeesters leiden je op tot horeca assistent, gastheer/gastvrouw en zelfstandig werkend kok (tot niveau 2).

Four of us enjoyed an amazing dinner together... soup, salad, main corses and desserts were all delicious! Food servers were great! Wonderful “concept” restaurant that we would re-visit without question. Thanks for the great job making us feel so welcome, and serving delectable dishes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant! The food is good and the service is excellent. But what truly makes this place extra special is that it's a social enterprise integrating people with sensitive backgrounds back into the labor market and society. I loved my experience and fully recommended it.
Btw, the restaurant is easily accessible by public transport. It's 10 min away from Amsterdam Central Station. You can take bus 22 going to Station Sloterdijk, you get out 5 stops (stop is called Assendelftstraat) later and it stops like 100 meters away from the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosphere is relax and nice. The food is so tasty, I was very surprised with the quality, their kitchen is Mediterranean inspired, and you do feel the flavors! So tasty, I risk to say, one of the best flavored food in Amsterdam.
We will defiantly go back!
