The food is great and as the local guy (Amsterdam) I was pleased that my colleagues enjoyed themselves. The food was of high quality with generous portion sizes. I’d have given five stars but I’m coeliac and there were issues with my food order. The wait staff didn’t know what was available as a gluten free option and had to refer to the chef. I didn’t know what I was getting until it was presented to me; plus I was presented with fries that had been cooked in the same oil as breaded items and I only found out because I asked. They resolved this quickly though and my meal was delicious. So a great restaurant in a great location but they need to improve their food allergy / intolerance service.

The menu has a great choice of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes: I had the ricotta and spinach cannelloni for my main which was delicious. I followed that with an equally delicious creme brulee for dessert. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

The cannelloni was heavy on the pasta and light on the filling. The portion was very large - however I was able to take the rest home with me. The iced coffee is premade so couldn't be made with decaf coffee. The waitress was very helpful and organised a decaf espresso on a scoop of vanilla ice-cream - delicious!
