E	Eric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vreselijk slecht personeel. Kijken niet om naar klanten. Personeel alleen maar kletsen met elkaar. We moesten zelf vragen om een menukaart. Daarna kwam niemand meer. Moesten bijna smeken om wat te bestellen. Niet Amersfoort waardig! Terribly bad staff. Don't look after customers. Staff just chatting with each other. We had to ask for a menu ourselves. After that no one came. Almost had to beg to order some. Not worthy of Amersfoort!

Good cappuccino with delicious apple pie. Separate layout of the business because it consists of several buildings. Friendly service.
M	MW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich een leuke locatie, mooi restaurant maar wat is het personeel onvriendelijk en zo niet klantvriendelijk. Eerst klopte er iets met de reservering niet. Foutje, dat kan iedereen gebeuren. Vervolgens weer iets anders: m’n vriendin had twee keer gebeld, geen vis bij de high tea. Wat kregen we, vis. Oké ook dat kan gebeuren. Verder zou je bij een high tea verwachten dat je thee/ koffie aangevuld wordt. Dat deed men nauwelijks, alleen toen we er om vroegen. Verder moesten we lang wachten na het voorafje op de high tea zelf. Toen we daar vriendelijk iets van zeiden kon de bewuste dame helemaal niet meer vriendelijk doen. En netjes gedag zeggen bij weg gaan al helemaal niet. Als je geen feeling hebt met mensen, of de reservering niet goed leest, ga dan niet in de horeca werken. De jonge dame die later kwam was wel vriendelijk. En de high tea zelf was wel goed, al mocht de soep wat warmer. Al met al, geen goed gevoel, wij komen niet meer terug! In itself a nice location, nice restaurant but the staff is unfriendly and if not customer friendly. First there was something wrong with the reservation. Mistake, that can happen to anyone. Then something else: my girlfriend had called twice, no fish at high tea. What did we get, fish. Okay that can happen too. Furthermore, with a high tea you would expect that your tea / coffee is replenished. They hardly ever did, only when we asked for it. Furthermore, we had to wait a long time after the appetizer for the high tea itself. When we kindly said something about it, the lady in question couldn't be more friendly at all. And don't say hello when you leave. If you don't have a feeling for people, or if you don't read the reservation properly, don't work in the hospitality industry. The young lady who came later was friendly. And the high tea itself was good, although the soup could have been a bit warmer. All in all, not a good feeling, we won't be back!

I	Ikben Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not your usual day to visit a 500 years old pub, said this is the second oldest pub in the Netherlands. It was part of the church next door long ago, now private. The remodelling 200 years ago still kept a lot of its original materials and decos. Our server had been here for two years but said they trained him so he can pass along to customers the history who are interested. Good food, we had waffle and shrimp burger, all delicious.
