This restaurant is NOT Italian!
This restaurant is actually attempting to make some Italian looking dishes.
The basics for the pizza, the dough, is prefab. If you look in the Kitchen, you can see an accumulation of pizza bottom directly coming from the freezer.
The most of their food is 'ready to use' purchased and not freshly prepared as you could have expected.
The name 'Italian' should be protected like a trade mark and gived only to qualified staff and professionals.
