BE CAREFUL: They charge the sweets and the coffee separately. We had a bad experience, such a pity for that place.

β β β β β Nice restaurant, a little outside of Alkmaar centre. On the water, in renovated part of the city. The restaurant has modern food, mostly Italian, but not incredibly authentic. It is quite tasty, however. And the servers are friendly and attentive.

β β β β β The food is very flavourful and definitely worth the peppery prices they have. A big downside is that it takes such a long time for the food to come and that the staff is kind of hard to reach even though they are very nice.
The sorbet icecream is just amazing.
