Elke gang is een sensatie! Vakkundig personeel en fijne ambiance.
Oesters en een cava vooraf (mits je er van houdt natuurlijk) een aanrader.
 Really great food last Thursday.
Every course is a sensation! Knowledgeable staff and nice ambiance.
Oysters and a cava beforehand (if you like them of course) are recommended.

Here you can eat very well and fine. Small good dishes. Varied and pleasant service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a blast. Had a 5 courses menu and I took the wine-arrangement, perfect choices. I don't know what could have been better?! Go for it, it's worth the price. Really nice staff. Keep it alive! Would go there a second time, for sure.

However, very dissatisfying that the obligatory 'welcoming drink' (a very small glass of prosecco) was €8 per person, especially since the waiter made it seem that that 'welcoming drink' was for free (as you would expect it to be). Not sure if I would return because of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 2 super dining experiences here. It's not standard service I guess, but the chef went out of his way to make a vegan 5 course dinner for us, which was epic. Stuff you could never think of yourself, a true new and good food experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, would highly recommend. The tasting menu they offer is really good. Surprising in flavor combination and has great wine pairings. We opted to start with oysters and cava, which are both incredibly well sourced. If it is in your budget range this restaurant really delivers on value for money. Staff is friendly and meticulous. Although, we were here in pandemic times, it doesn't seam they moved any tables from their previous set-up. So nice and spacious! Again, a must go if you visit Vlieland.
