★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds 1 januari werken wij met ons Nederlandse en Duitse Elektromotoren revisie bedrijf met de verlofuren- en overuren registratie van Rework. Voorheen werden door onze monteurs handmatig weekstaten ingevuld en met een verlofbriefje verlof aangevraagd, waarna dit handmatig in de kalender moest worden opgenomen. Dit gaat nu allemaal naar volle tevredenheid digitaal met de zeer gebruiksvriendelijke App waarbij voor de leiding en de monteurs op ieder moment inzichtelijk is hoeveel overuren openstaan en hoeveel verlof nog beschikbaar. De leidinggevende beoordeeld het ingediend verlof via de App of PC, waarna deze automatisch in de bedrijfsagenda komen te staan. Deze software is echt een aanrader !
Since January 1, we have been working with our Dutch and German Electric Motors overhaul company with the leave hours and overtime registration of Rework. Previously, our technicians filled in weekly statements manually and requested leave with a leave note, after which this had to be entered manually in the calendar. This is now all done digitally to full satisfaction with the very user-friendly App where it is clear at any time for the management and the technicians how many overtime hours are open and how much leave is still available. The manager assesses the leave submitted via the App or PC, after which it is automatically added to the company agenda. This software is highly recommended!
