★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normaly we came only for the rips to groningen. But something has changed over the last 6 months. They didnt taste like they used to. They were flabby, the spices were different. The baked potatoes had another toping. The fresh towels were dried out in their packages. So we think these were the (frozen) leftovers before the lockdown. The waitress was really friendly, as usally. We will come back and give Bronco another try.
UPDATE 2021:
We came back this summer to give Broncos another try - and it was as good as always!
So now 5/5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to visit if you love ribs! Because you can order them unlimited. They also have an okay selection of beer and some fun cocktails. Staff is friendly with a sense of humor. I enjoyed our visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to eat in the central part of Groningen! Their ribs are awesome! You better sit outside if possible. Next time I'll try their rib eye and other steaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had dinner in two, it is not a romantic place and a bit crowded and noisy. If you want to try something interesting, the Brongo Ribs with the All you can eat formula it's the best, with very different sauce to chose.
The draft bier is just Heineken. The rib eye of 200gr wasn't so good, too hard and stringy. The service was a bit slow
