Bij de kennismakings gesprek kreeg al een goed gevoel van dit is een fijne makelaar. Wellicht is het engelse gezegde bekend: First impression is last impression. Het gehele verkoop traject tot en met het notariële overdracht heb ik zeer fijn en zeer professioneel ervaren. Rick en zijn team zijn zeer behulpzaam en hebben mij goed begeleid. Ik kon altijd op het kantoor langskomen en werd direct geholpen. Ik heb in het verleden wat negatieve ervaringen gehad met een aantal makelaars, maar Rick en zijn team hebben bewezen dat er toch wel goede makelaars zijn. Dreigt met het kapot maken van je telefoon als je de juridische loket wilt bellen waar ze bij zijn. Zorgt ervoor dat een verhuurder langer moet wachten om zijn huis terug te krijgen van de huurder terwijl huurder bereid is om mee te werken en verhuurder ook. Dan zorgt deze makelaar er wel voor dat het moeilijk gaat. Heeft liever rechtzaken als dat ze je vriendelijk helpen. Staat met 2 man voor ej als je in een stoel zit Ik zou nooit mijn huis willen verkopen en of verhuren via deze makelaar. Beware of this broker. He threatens and intimidates people. Goes Does not issue a landlord statement if you need it to rent another house. Threatens to destroy your phone if you want to call the legal counter in front of them. Causes a landlord to have to wait longer to get their house back from the tenant while the tenant is willing to cooperate and so is the landlord. Then this broker will ensure that it is difficult. Would rather have lawsuits than kindly help you. Stands in front of ej with 2 people when you sit in a chair I would never want to sell or rent my house through this real estate agent.
