★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a camera problem. They "supposedly" changed the camera, but they didn't solve the problem , plus they lost one the two screws that keep my phone closed. A waist of time and money, totally not recommended !!

The man was rude and spoke down to me like I was creating a problem, even telling me to 'be quiet' at one point and acting like I was being aggressive (which I would never do). At one point another Dutch customer had to intervene and defend me- she also left the shop with a broken phone.
The situation was I put my phone into get fixed and they told me to come back at a certain time the next day. I came back at that time, they told me to come back again in a few hours. When I came back they said they hadn't even started on my phone (it was nearly 9pm). An apology would have been fine but instead the man fought with me over his workers mistake, acting like I was being unreasonable for coming to collect my phone. I ended up getting it done for 40 euro less, much more quickly.
Don't come here if you want to be treated with basic respect.

Every time I went there and needed help, he would coldly and unwillingly answer me that he cannot help me or that he doesn’t know(I wanted the simcard pin tool of iPhone to change the sim card and he told me he wouldn’t give it to me!). I also bought earphones from this store and wasn’t satisfied with the quality nor the price.
