A	Asa Marjew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top! Meneer was enorm vriendelijk en heel geduldig. Hij kon direct mijn achterband vervangen voor 40 euro (geen idee of dit duur is, maar ik vond het meer dan waard). Daarnaast deed hij als extra nog even de voorband ook oppompen toen ik hem kwam ophalen. Die kleine dingetjes geven een super gevoel! Enorm bedankt! Top! Mister was very friendly and very patient. He could immediately replace my rear tire for 40 euros (no idea if this is expensive, but I thought it was more than worth it). As an extra, he also inflated the front tire when I came to pick it up. Those little things give a great feeling! Thank you very much!
B	Bas B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiets langs gebracht voor de reparatie van een lekke band. Gerepareerd voor 20 euro, wat relatief erg duur is. Dezelfde dag is de band weer lek gegaan. Er werd me verteld dat mijn buitenband af was en dat daardoor de binnenband weer lek is gegaan. Dus geen garantie. Dit terwijl de buitenband er nog prima uitzag, geen gaten o.i.d. en nog duidelijk profiel aanwezig. Maar toch maar laten repareren, kosten; 40 euro. Vanaf dat moment werkte mijn achterrem niet meer (blokkeerde bij remmen), terwijl die daarvoor prima werkte. Werd me verteld dat het nu aan mijn kabel lag, en ik deze moest laten repareren voor 25 euro. Dus weer geen garantie. Weg gestuurd zonder passende oplossing. Ik zou deze fietsenmaker absoluut niet adviseren. Brought bicycle to repair a flat tire. Repaired for 20 euros, which is relatively very expensive. The same day the tire punctured again. I was told that my tire was finished and that the inner tube punctured again. So no guarantee. This while the tire still looked fine, no holes or the like. and still a clear profile available. But still have it repaired, costs; 40 euros. From that moment on my rear brake stopped working (blocked when braking), while it worked fine before. I was told it was on my cable now, and I had to have it repaired for 25 euros. So again no guarantee. Sent away without appropriate solution. I would definitely not advise this bicycle repairer.

Bought bike and everything was rusted within 6 months. After 9 months the bike was almost completely broken. Buying something here is a waste of money.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating to me and my family. Their prices were fair, the bikes blended in with other city bikes so we didn't look like tourists and they gave us 2 locks per bike! I highly recommended them!
