★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of items packed into this ijzerhandel (hardware store) in Jordaan. It’s no Home Depot, that is for sure, but that’s a good thing.
I was able to buy cleaner for my shower, a nice scrubbing brush, slow release fertilizer and flowers for my planters outside.
Best of all, he was there to answer questions about the products. This might sound trivial to you but if Dutch is my second language it’s nice to have someone explain how to use a product rather than trying to read the small print!
Prices are fare and selection is great!
