★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lekkere producten. Handig als je even snel een cadeautje wilt kopen of gewoon iets voor jezelf op Utrecht centraal. De dames zijn hier echter wel wat “houterig” in het contact. Ik vind het persoonlijk naar als iemand op mij afvliegt in de winkel als ik wat aan het bekijken ben, omdat wanneer ik vragen heb, wel naar je toe kom. In Zeist komen ze naar je toe maar zijn ze een stuk openlijker en minder “houterig” en gaan mee in het gesprek. Hier was het heel zakelijk.
Ook vind ik het jammer dat ze wel monsters hebben maar dat je er eigenlijk de laatste tijd echt om moet vragen terwijl het gewoon een leuk meegevertje hoort te zijn.
Mochten zij iets gaan doen aan “houterig” communicatie/ongemakkelijk maken en de monsters vanuit zichzelf weer meegeven dan wordt het 5 sterren.
 Tasty products. Handy if you want to quickly buy a present or just something for yourself at Utrecht Central Station. However, the ladies here are a bit “woody” in their contact. Personally, I don't like it when someone flies at me in the store when I'm looking at something, because when I have questions, they come to you. In Zeist they come to you, but they are a lot more open and less "woody" and go along with the conversation. Here it was very businesslike.
I also think it's a shame that they do have samples but that you really have to ask for them lately while it's just supposed to be a nice giveaway.
If they do something about "woody" communication / make it uncomfortable and give the monsters back from themselves, it will be 5 stars.
