Daher ist die Berliner Str. meine favorisierte Filiale. I'm also very satisfied here. The muesli "Urzeitgenuss" is not available on Wiener Platz and you are not ready to order it there. Die kassiererinen immer nett freundlich in Gegensatz zu den schef der ist sehr unfreundlich bedient nicht der meckert der verfolgt richtig einen er denkst das Mann klaut!!! Kinder kann er auch nicht ausstehen und die eine mit der Brille die dame Sorry aber ich hoffe vileicht sieht er die Bewertung und wird etwas freundlicher . S	Samsara K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich gehe ich gerne bei Ihnen einkaufen und die Filiale auf der Berliner Straße ist nicht so klein, wie auf dem Wiener Platz. Bis heute empfand ich jede MA dort freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen wir aber leider zu dem Chef der Filiale, der dies seit Jahren ist und immer die gleiche teils unverschämte Art an den Tag legt. Es ist schon mehr als unangenehm wenn er den einen Kunden freundlich mit "Guten Tag" begrüßt und Andere die auch schon seit zig Jahren dort einkaufen hart gesagt mit dem A... nicht anschaut. Da hilft auch dann seine übetriebene Freundlichkeit nicht, wenn er mal an die Kasse muss. Darauf können viele Kunden dankend verzichten. Weiter auch wenn der Herr einen schlechten Tag hat und man ihn höflich was fragt, wo ein Artikel ist.. Man bekommt eine teils schon unverschämte Antwort und hinterher noch, " man solle mal die Augen aufmachen" .. Sorry aber das geht gar nicht. Ich bin nicht wild auf sein Gruß aber vielleicht sollte der Herr mal bedanken, das ALLE Kunden für sein Gehalt bei Rossmann einkaufen aber das wäre wohl zu viel verlangt! Hätte gerne 5 Punkte gegeben aber dank ihm drei Punkte weniger, da man sich einfach unwohl fühlt, wenn er dort ist...leider. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu beanstanden. An der Kasse stehe ich sehr oft alleine, da ich immer auf eine Kassiererin warten muss, bis diese mich bedient. Der Fall was ich dort erlebt habe kann ich nicht mit Wörte darstellen, doch hoffe ich durch mein Rezession, dass die schlechte Mitarbeiter dort erfasst werden, und mit andere qualifizierte und ausgebildete Mitarbeiter getauscht werden. Einfach mal die Ausgebildete den Richtigen Platz anbieten, und nicht irgend eine einfach anstellen! Very unfriendly staff, inhuman, even racist. I cannot describe the case of what I experienced there with words, but I hope through my recession that the bad employees there will be recorded and exchanged with other qualified and trained employees. Just offer the trained person the right place, and not just hire someone!
