About Royal Theater
Overal voel je het roemruchte verleden van dit theater en juist dat maakt het zo belangrijk voor deze tijd: een plaats waar je echt van film kan genieten en even kunt bijkomen van de hectiek buiten.
Sinds de komst van de nieuwe mega-bioscoop aan het outlet centrum in 2009 zijn wij ons gaan toeleggen op de vertoning van arthouse-films.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Vroeger' kwam ik hier regelmatig om een filmpje te pakken, en te genieten van de nostalgische uitstraling.
Kortgeleden ben ik hier terug gekomen in verband met een musical waar mijn dochter in speelde, en ik kan zeggen dat er niets veranderd is. Heerlijk die gezellige sfeer hier, vriendelijk personeel en die stoelen en beenruimte, helemaal top!
I used to come here regularly to catch a movie and enjoy the nostalgic look.
I recently came back here for a musical that my daughter was playing in, and I can say nothing has changed. Wonderful that cozy atmosphere here, friendly staff and those seats and legroom, absolutely great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 mei de voorstelling van Rasti Rostelli gezien in dit oude filmtheater. Het witte doek hangt nog in de Royal-zaal. Binnenkomst in de Foyer was wat rommelig en vol, de kaartjes werden pas bij binnenkomst in de zaal zelf gecontroleerd, dat ging duidelijk niet helemaal goed.
Het podium is voor een theater wat laag, dus kan het geregeld voorkomen dat de persoon voor je iets blokkeert.
De accoustiek is prima in deze zaal.
De voorstelling zelf was in orde, wel veel jonge kinderen in de zaal die tijdens het hypnotiseren even in de foyer moesten wachten.
Na afloop in de foyer nog wat gedronken (pinnen niet mogelijk).
Leuk dat het oude pand weer een mooie bestemming heeft gekregen. Van binnenuit ziet het er zeer goed uit.
May 11 saw the performance of Rasti Rostelli in this old movie theater. The white screen is still hanging in the Royal room. Entry into the Foyer was a bit messy and crowded, the tickets were only checked upon entering the hall itself, which clearly did not go well.
The stage is a bit low for a theater, so it can regularly happen that the person in front of you blocks something.
The acoustics are fine in this room.
The performance itself was okay, but many young children in the hall who had to wait in the foyer while hypnotizing.
Afterwards we had a drink in the foyer (pin not possible).
Nice that the old building has been given a beautiful destination again. It looks very good from the inside.
