★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag is Martine bij ons langs geweest om een nieuw zadel aan te meten en om een zadel te checken of deze nog goed lag. Heel fijn en zeer kundig geholpen. Martine heeft er echt een goede kijk op en is dan ook nog eens gezellig in de omgang.
De jaarlijkse controle laten we zeker door Pas de Deux uitvoeren!
Today Martine came to us to measure a new saddle and to check whether it was still in the right position. Very nice and very skilfully helped. Martine has a really good view of it and is also pleasant to deal with.
We will certainly have the annual inspection carried out by Pas de Deux!

Male horseback riders looking for gear should go through the trouble to go there.

Therefore I was so disappointed when I tried to exchange a few products never used still in packaging because the horse they were bought for sadly passed away! The staff were extremely unsympathetic and quite rude actually! I will never shop there again!
This is my reply to your answer: First of all the purchase was not 2.5 months ago from when we attempted to: NOT return the goods we were not looking for a refund! Under the circumstances an exchange of goods would have been extremely appreciated a little show of kindness (maybe) goods that could be used for our family pony! I am very aware of policy rules being a person who works under policy guidelines everyday but in my opinion to run a sustainable successful business, emotional intelligence and adaptability are key factors which were extremely poor from your side in this matter!!! Sometimes life doesn’t always go as planned and a little flexibility and kindness can go a long way to make something very sad a little better! Good day.
