Very good advice and lots of options. I ended up buying the first red shoe in my life ?

Staff overall were friendly, but be sure to ask a few different staff members there about brands as insights and experience vary quite a bit.. It’s worth a visit for more experienced runners based on the available shoe types they stock

The video analysis was cool but most importantly the service was very helpful, NOT INTIMIDATING FOR NEWBIES and friendly! The person helping me with shoes was very fair and told me about what sort of shoes I would need and the positives and negatives of the two models he showed me. Overall a great experience, very reassuring and I am happy with my purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a new pair of running shoes and although the sales assistant was helpful in analyzing my running, I wasn’t entirely sure about the final show suggested and when I told them that I wanted to think about it I was pressured to buy the shoes! I’m a student so am investment in running shoes is a big decision for me, and I wanted to make sure that I had the right pair so it was really frustrating being pressured to purchase a pair that I wasn’t 100% happy with. Having read the returns policy on the website, I decided to return the shoes at the store only to be told that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund DESPITE the fact that the website says that a refund is possible (apparently this does not apply in stores - a fact which the sales assistant neglected to tell me). Unusual sales terms like this should be communicated to your customers, especially when running shoes are expensive and you want to make an informed choice that will last you forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable staff with a good variety or brands and sizes. Shoes can be professionally fitted and you are able to go for a small run around the block to see which shoe fits best. Gels are a little on the expensive side but handy if you don't want to wait for an order to arrive.
