Ik legde de volgende dag uit dat dat voor mij bijzonder slecht was uitgekomen, werd niet op gereageerd. Brought the bike for repair, I received a text message that the shop closed earlier. I explained the next day that that had turned out very badly for me, there was no response.

F	F de Jong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip-off. Went in for a quick repair. Adjusting the chain and one of the gears. Should cost 20 at most. He was done in 15 mins and charged me 30. When i asked the guy told me their hourly rate is 80 euro's. good to know i'd say. The job looked rushed as well and they were not overly friendly even before the repair. Save yourself the frustration.

Once when buying a €10 lock which was unusable after one week, and the second time when fixing a flat tyre and also shortening my chain by one link, which he said was includedin the warranty but then charged €40 for. He took it down to €25 when he admitted that he was being dishonest

I had 3 flat tires one after another in a week time and the guy there just could not fix it ! the opening hours were also so weird that I had to go and check if the place is open every day ! I was charged 60 euros in total (for inner and outer tires that were supposed to work fine) and my bike was never fixed. I had to go to another bike shop to get the job done for 15 euros. Total rip-off and scam, very bad
T	Trish Monks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a Dutch bike, but I didn’t want to spend €€€ on a brand new one as I know I won’t really use it in hilly, bike unfriendly England. Imagine my delight when we found this place on a day trip to Leiden! I found a granny bike with an unknown history, no gears and only a back pedal brake for €95 - the chap in the shop switched the saddle, fitted a frame lock, and had it ready for me the next day (I couldn’t ride 2 bikes, so I had to go back for it), he also sold my aunt a front rack and fitted it for her there and then for €5, and everyone was very friendly.
