M	Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al enige tijd kom ik bij Bike Totaal langs voor fietsspullen en racefietsonderdelen- en onderhoud. Onlangs ook een e-bike hier gekocht. Voor de koop ben ik goed voorgelicht door de verkoper over de verschillen tussen de verschillende modellen die zij in de winkel hebben staan. Het was ook geen probleem om een flinke proefrit te maken, dit heb ik dan ook gedaan op het direct beschikbare damesmodel en een dag later op het herenmodel in mijn maat. Uiteindelijk overgegaan tot de koop en ik kon de fiets met een week ophalen. Bij het ophalen ook nog goede uitleg gekregen over hoe het beste om te gaan met de accu van de fiets. Kortom, zeer tevreden en erg blij dat een dergelijke winkel zich op een steenworp afstand van mijn huis bevindt! For some time now I have come to Bike Totaal for cycling gear and road bike parts and maintenance. Recently also bought an e-bike here. Before the sale I am well informed by the seller about the differences between the different models they have in the store. It was no problem to take a good test drive, so I did this on the readily available women's model and a day later on the men's model in my size. Finally made the purchase and I was able to pick up the bike in a week. When picked up, I also received a good explanation of how best to handle the battery of the bicycle. In short, very satisfied and very happy that such a shop is a stone's throw from my house!
S	Sandra Hoogendijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een aantal proefritten gemaakt te hebben (wat hier kan zonder het maken van een afspraak) uiteindelijk gekozen voor een mooie Vandijck electrische fiets. Prima en duidelijk geholpen. Zit wel een irritant geluidje in mijn achterwiel dus daar moet ik nog even voor terug. Maar als de service zo goed is als ik hier lees, zal dat vast goedkomen. Wat ik vooral fijn vind is dat de winkel lekker in de buurt is en je gewoon even binnen kan lopen. Geen call of servicecentra maae gewoon menselijk contact. After making a number of test rides (which is possible here without making an appointment) finally opted for a beautiful Vandijck electric bicycle. Excellent and clear help. There is an annoying noise in my rear wheel so I have to go back for that. But if the service is as good as I read here, I'm sure it will be fine. What I especially like is that the store is close by and you can just walk in. No call or service centers, just human contact.

Inmiddels fietst mijn zoon er alweer 2 maanden met plezier op. Een vriendelijke mevrouw van de winkel belde half oktober om te informeren of alles naar wens is gegaan. We zijn zeker tevreden met de service! Picked up beautiful Cortina U4 D57 N3 for my son at the end of August. Received the service & maintenance package upon delivery. My son has been riding it for 2 months now. A friendly lady from the store called in mid-October to inquire whether everything went according to plan. We are certainly satisfied with the service!
M	Maud Maakt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 november '21 had mijn fiets een grote onderhoudsbeurt. Een aantal weken later, op 1 december, brak de versnellingskabel. Deze werd dezelfde dag binnen 10 minuten gratis vervangen. Dank u wel voor deze service Bike Totaal Van Hulst! November 10, '21 my bike had a major overhaul. A few weeks later, on December 1, the gear cable broke. It was replaced free of charge within 10 minutes the same day. Thank you for this service Bike Totaal Van Hulst!

Meneses. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for change a light for mi scooter, they didn't have it so i had to wait for a week, after a week i went but they couldn't put the light cause they didn't ask for the screws for it. so i wait 1 more week, well they brake the light. P.S im still without it after a month
A	Amulya Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bike shop ever. Went into just get the wheel fixed and agreed on a price (50euros)...was told to come back 4 days later...and was charged 90 euros.. And they also changed the bike brakes w/o asking me...and i was forces to pay...! This was a 2nd hand bike...and I would not have gotten it fixed for soo much if I knew it would cost 90 euros...would have bought a new bike!! Would not recommend this place...overpriced and bad customer service!!

First the guy start asking questions of where I live and fully register all my data. So he realize that I’ m not Dutch. Then I ask for the price and he tells me 70 Euro. I interpret it as a nice way to tell that or I rub yourself or I prefer not to do the service. So I gently respond that this price is too expensive for the service. Thaks Totaal bike!
N	Nirmal Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place, simply over priced and service is not good. Today, I asked them to align my brake and they charged 67 eur but still the brakes are not aligned properly. Now I have to go to another store to check it.
