★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute habe ich meine Armbanduhr,die ich zum Batterie wechseln und anschließende Dichtigkeitsprüfung abgegeben hatte,abgeholt.Es wurden dafür 30.-€ verlangt,auf meine Nachfrage warum es auf einmal so teuer ist (ansonsten waren es 17,50.-€) sagte man mir man hätte einen anderen Uhrmacher und der würde eben mehr verlangen,als der "Alte".Ich finde das hätte man mir auch im Vorfeld sagen können,das sich der Preis erheblich verteuert hat,dann hätte ich die Uhr bestimmt nicht da abgegeben.So kann man nicht mit Kunden umgehen,das ist Abzocke und ich jedenfalls der auch früher das ein oder andere da gekauft hat,werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten.Ich bin auch selbstständig,doch informiere ich immer meine Kunden im Vorfeld über die Kosten!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute mit meiner Frau dort, die mir eine Uhr geschenkt hatte, die sie dort vor ein paar Tagen gekauft hat. Wir wollten die Uhr stellen lassen und das Datum. Als die Verkäuferin erkannt hat, das die Uhr keine richtige Datumsanzeige hat. Hat sie von sich aus vorgeschlagen, das wir die Uhr gegen eine andere Uhr tauschen könnten. Wir hatten die Verpackung flott geholt und haben eine andere Uhr erworben und ein paar Euro dazu gezahlt.
Wir haben schon das ein oder andere Produkt dort erworben und werden jetzt erst recht dort kaufen. So ein freundlicher und unkomplizierter Service. Top

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein paar Tage ist mein Besuch vergangen. Der Empfang war aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Bedarf wurde sauber analysiert und mein Mann in spe und ich freundlichst beraten und informiert. Haben dann direkt die Kaufentscheidung getroffen, da ich sehr zufrieden war. Der obligatorische Preisvergleich im Nachgang zur Bestätigung des guten Einkausgefühls, war auch toll. 140 Euro hätte ich online „gespart“ aber das rechtfertigt nicht, das irgendwas nicht passt bzw. das man nicht den local Dealer nutzt. Darüber hinaus werden auch kostenfreie Dienstleistungen wie Reinigung etc. angeboten. Bei einem Invest von 2k sollte einem der kleine Preisunterschied herzlich egal sein, den Service hat auch sein Preis und wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl.

Then I made the purchase decision straight away because I was very satisfied. The obligatory price comparison afterwards to confirm the good shopping experience was also great. I would have "saved" 140 euros online but that doesn't justify that something doesn't fit or that you don't use the local dealer. In addition, free services such as cleaning etc. are also offered. With an investment of 2k you shouldn't care about the small price difference, the service has its price and we felt comfortable all around.
