I went to other Samsonite shop in the Netherlands to fix it, and guess what: according to them you cannot fix it in a regular Samsonite shop, only in the one in Roermond. Furthermore, it appears that the products from here are not leftovers, but category B products or refurbished products ;) and the guarantee is for only two years! Please avoid this SCAM shop, where the sellers are not informing at all about the warranty for the products that you purchase. Unfortunately, Google has the system to give at least one star, for this SCAM they would not deserve even one!
