Well and pleasantly informed when looking for parts for a new bathroom where combining the parts of different arrangements was a great advantage.

Paar tegels zijn gebroken maar contact met leverancier is gemakkelijk en snel. Zeker een aanrader! Super friendly staff, takes the time and gives good advice. Think along with you in plans, colors and combinations! Delivery was great! Few tiles are broken but contact with supplier is easy and fast. Highly recommended!

Sanidirect zegt (op website en tijdens verkoopgesprek, door huidige directeur Loek) samen te werken met uitsluitend vakkundige professionals en installateurs. Wij werden gekoppeld aan Badkamerplaatsen.com van Frans van Wijk, eigenaar van Fragmar Montage BV uit Waalwijk. Voorheen was deze Frans van Wijk directeur van Sanidirect (Bron; LinkedIn profiel). Het installatie/montageproces is een groot drama geworden; Badkamer en toilet zouden in 2 tot 3 weken worden verbouwd. Gestart op 12 oktober en na maar liefst 2 maanden was alles volgens hun klaar. Het is allemaal gewoon prutswerk door beunhazen. Vloeren en muren zijn niet vlak en voegen zijn ongelijk. Oh ja; er hebben bij ons 5 verschillende "loodgieters", 6 verschillende "tegelzetters" gewerkt, niet nederlands sprekend en zeker geen vakkundige professionals, zoals Sanidirect beloofde. Na telefonische klacht bij Sanidrect, gaf Loek aan dat hij geen zaken meer doet met Badkamerplaatsen.com naar aanleiding van klachten door meerdere klanten. Wij zijn hiermee niet geholpen en blijven met de brokken achter. Reactie van Sanidirect; Twan Spanjer kunnen we niets mee !! "Ze gaan dit bespreken met badkamerplaatsen.com ??" Directeur Loek doet toch geen zaken meer met ze, of is dat een leugen? Een bijdrage in de herstelkosten door een echte vakman, daar hebben we wat aan . Sanidirect says (on the website and during the sales conversation, by current director Loek) that it only works with skilled professionals and installers. We were linked to Bathroom Places.com by Frans van Wijk, owner of Fragmar Montage BV from Waalwijk. Previously, this Frans van Wijk was director of Sanidirect (Source; LinkedIn profile). The installation/assembly process has become a big drama; Bathroom and toilet would be renovated in 2 to 3 weeks. Started on October 12 and after no less than 2 months everything was ready according to them. It's all just nonsense by assholes. Floors and walls are not flat and joints are uneven. Oh yeah; 5 different "plumbers", 6 different "tilers" have worked for us, not speaking Dutch and certainly not skilled professionals, as promised by Sanidirect. After a telephone complaint with Sanidrect, Loek indicated that he no longer does business with Bathroom Places.com as a result of complaints from several customers. We are not helped by this and are left with the pieces. Response from Sanidirect; We can do nothing with Twan Spanjer !! “They are going to discuss this with bathroomplaces.com???” Director Loek no longer does business with them, or is that a lie? A contribution to the repair costs by a real professional, that helps us.
S	Sonja Broekhuizen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima voordelig sanitair. Ik schrok alleen van de installatiekosten. Was ruim dubbel de prijs van wat heel de badkamer kost. Dat laat ik nu dus door een ander doen. Zou wel handig zijn als ze eerst deze kosten bespreken, dan kan je in het uitzoeken van de badkamer hier rekening mee houden. Excellent affordable sanitary facilities. I was just shocked by the installation costs. Was more than twice the price of what the whole bathroom costs. So now I have someone else do that. It would be useful if they first discuss these costs, then you can take this into account when choosing the bathroom.
T	Thijs Bon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heeft bijna een maand geduurd om een bestelling van een klein product (dat ik online had besteld) retour gestort te krijgen. Eerst moest ik het correcte ordernummer doorgeven, terwijl ik op de mail een ander ordernummer had doorgekregen. Daarna moest ik foto's sturen van het product om te bewijzen dat het nog heel was. Elke keer liet antwoord per mail ruim een week op zich wachten. Op de mail gingen ze ook niet in op mijn klachten over de afhandelingssnelheid. Over de telefoon waren ze wel vriendelijk. Took almost a month to get an order of a small product (which I ordered online) refunded. First I had to pass on the correct order number, while I had received a different order number in the mail. Then I had to send pictures of the product to prove that it was still intact. Each time an answer by email took more than a week. They also did not respond to my complaints about the processing speed in the email. They were friendly over the phone.

Ik heb 17000 euro betaald en de badkamer die ze hebben gebouwd komt niet overeen met de badkamer die op de kaart was gepland, ze lieten veel fouten achter en vroegen me om extra kosten om ze te repareren en de klantenservice deed niets om een oplossing te vinden. Ik had alles met de bouwer besproken, maar toen ik mijn badkamer binnenkwam, was niets waar ik wilde en toen ik om uitleg vroeg, zeiden ze dat om het te doen zoals ik had gepland op de kaart, de prijs hoger zou zijn geweest. Nu heb ik een wastafel te dicht bij de badkuip omdat ze de leidingen niet wat verder naar links konden verplaatsen, en ze lieten een vreselijke vlek op het plafond achter nadat ze aan de muur hadden gewerkt en zeiden dat het niet hun taak was om het te repareren. Ik heb ook veel andere fouten zoals de vloer gemonteerd op de oude, materialen die kapot gingen na de eerste week van gebruik, het toilet te hoog gemonteerd en de elektrische kabels verbrand. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld over hun service en ik hoop dat deze recensie nuttig is voor iedereen die zijn badkamer wil toevertrouwen aan dit bedrijf dat op een oneerlijke en onduidelijke manier werkt. Ik heb het servicecentrum gebeld en ze zeggen dat ik extra kosten moet betalen om de fouten te herstellen. Do you need to renovate your bathroom? Don't do it with Sanidirect and Lavari. I just had the worst experience of my life. Now I have a sink too close to the bathtub as they couldn't move the pipes a little further to the left, and they left a horrible stain on the ceiling after working on the wall saying it wasn't their job to fix it to repair. I also made many other mistakes like the floor mounted on the old one, materials broke after the first week of use, the toilet mounted too high and the electrical cables burned. I am very disappointed with their service and I hope this review is helpful to anyone who wants to entrust their bathroom to this company that operates in a dishonest and unclear way. I called the service center and they say that I have to pay extra costs to fix the errors.

Replacing bathrooms is not something you do every day so you want to be guided through the process and have a patient customer service experience when dealing with my many questions.
