F	Fetih Savran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin jetzt seit Jahren bei der Bank und bin echt nicht zufrieden. Ein Berater der eine Versicherung in drei Monaten nicht Kündigen konnte oder der Mitarbeiter am Schalter der nicht einmal in der Lage war meine Kreditkarte auszugleichen. Mein Fazit solange man keine vertrag abschließt und diese wieder kündigt oder ausgezahlt bekommen soll ist das eine ok Bank. Ich persönlich warte schon 3 Monate auf die Auszahlung einer versicherung. Dankeschön fürs nichts tun. I've been with the bank for years and I'm really not satisfied. An advisor who couldn't cancel an insurance in three months or the employee at the counter who wasn't even able to settle my credit card. My conclusion as long as you do not conclude a contract and cancel it or get paid out, this is an ok bank. I personally have been waiting 3 months for insurance to be paid out. Thank you for doing nothing.

Positiv war nicht nur die sehr freundliche Beratung, sondern erst recht die angebotenen Produkte von der Kreditkarte bis zum Girokonto! Finally a customer-oriented financial institution again. Not only was the very friendly advice positive, but especially the products on offer, from credit cards to checking accounts!
