Mir wurde trotz banalem Anliegen (glaube ich zumindest) ein Kaffee angeboten, was heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Alles in Allem wirklich eine super Filiale, wo man sich als Kunde geschätzt und wohl fühlt. I was pleasantly surprised ... Very nice and helpful staff ... The appointment was kept punctually despite the busy rush in the branch ... I was offered a coffee despite a banal request (at least I think), which is no longer a matter of course today. All in all a really great branch where you as a customer feel valued and at ease.

Dazu kommt das die Hälfte des Personals nur Dienst nach Vorschrift und dazu noch im Schneckentempo verrichtet . J	Justus Gall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die gerne bei jeglichem Problem behilflich sind und sich gerne auch jeweils Zeit für die einzelnen Kunden nehmen, um einen möglichst guten Service zu leisten. Die Sparkasse bietet natürlich auch Termine an um Ihre Anliegen zu klären, Sie werden dabei auch immer einen kompetenten Mitarbeiter treffen, der Ihnen Ihre Optionen und Möglichkeiten darlegt, OHNE zu versuchen euch dabei irgendwelche Zusatzklauseln anzudrehen... Also im Prinzip so wie es sein soll, hab ich bei anderen Banken bereits schlechter erlebt. 1 ? muss ich leider abziehen, da ich das Gefühl habe, dass dort Menschen mit geringerem Einkommen schlechter behandelt werden. Ich mag mich aber täuschen. Auch hier gelten natürlich verschärfte Corona-Richtlinien, es kann nur eine gewisse Anzahl von Personen im Gebäude sein, es sind Desinfektionsspender aufgestellt, Trennlinen markieren die Abstandsregeln und es herrscht auch hier selbst verständlich Maskenpflicht.
