D	Donia El-Hajji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was charged €93 for a wash cut masque and blow dry, when I could’ve gone somewhere more professional and experienced for this price. I was charged for 2 packages because there was no way to add just a blow dry onto my services. The owner blamed me for booking it incorrectly on the online booking system and stated if I wanted special services (apparently adding a blow dry is a special service at a hair salon), then I should’ve called ahead. And I won’t even go into the quality of service... stay away if you know what quality hair services feel like or unless you like wasting money!

Their customer service is as equal to Japanese hair salons which is not so easy to find around...and very casual at the same time. The interior is beautiful, peaceful and pleasing for eyes. I love the way how they massage the scalp before the initial treatment. Highly recommend!

Called half an hour before the booking to advise she would be running five minutes late only to find the beautician had left for the day. Appreciate difficulties in Covid times but given the circumstances this is not good enough.

She gave me an excellent head massage with special brushes, a relaxing spa washing experience with a hot towel wrap. I've got a very nice and precise haircut, a long bob with a twist, which improved appearance of my fine hair, made it look luxurious, looked after and added volume. I felt truly welcome and served in the best possible way. The fresh ginger tea was lovely too ;-) Thank you very much!

She is constantly cloning herself paying attention and talking to everyone around her with limited attention to the customer sitting in her chair. She did a tremendously bad job with my hair, so bad that I am having great doubts, if she is a trained hairdresser. Also terrible: the hairwasher - not careful with zero feeling. And as if all this wasnt enough: When you ask her friendly for a repair, she pretends nothing is wrong giving you a feeling of being the problem yourself. I showed her „work“ to 3 other hairdressers. 1st one said „No need to say anything, there is no balance here.“ 2nd one „I am sorry but this ridiculous.“ And the 3rd one „Your length and your hair‘s ability to curl properly has been destroyed with this cut.“ AVOID this salon unless you are in to get fooled by a crooked dazzler who puts all her energy in self-promotion and pretence to cover up her tremendous lack of competence.

I’ve had so many compliments on my haircut since going to her - it’s original and low maintenance and suits me perfectly! She really knows how to accentuate my hair’s natural tendencies. Plus she’s just a treat to have chat with while in the chair. Never a dull moment in the conversation!
