J	Jam J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Fokus liegt hier in der Klinik ganz klar bei der Qualität der Mitarbeiter und besonders bei den Therapeuten. Der Chefarzt nimmt sich Zeit für jedes Anliegen und seine Menschenkenntnisse sind überragend. Ich war das erste Mal in Therapie und muss sagen ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. The focus here in the clinic is clearly on the quality of the employees and especially on the therapists. The chief doctor takes time for every concern and his knowledge of human nature is outstanding. This was my first time in therapy and I have to say I felt very well looked after.
M	Marry Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Therapie!!! Das war meine erste Therapie und ich muss sagen, sie hat mir sehr geholfen. Das Pflegepersonal, insbesondere Fr. Prietz und Hr. Waclawic sind der Hammer. Herr Kumlehn auch ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Pfleger. Es gibt eine Ausnahme, aber das hat man ja überall. Die Therapeuten wissen, was sie tun und sind sehr kompetent. Vor allem Fr. Skonetzki und Hr. Kleinig sind erstklassige Therapeuten. Ich war mit meinem Mann dort, auch Paargespräche waren sehr erfolgreich. Der Chef, Hr. Winkelnkämper ist mit Herzblut dabei und nimmt sich für jeden Zeit, egal wie viele Überstunden er dadurch macht. Diese Einrichtung ist nur zu empfehlen. Kleines Manko: Das Essen könnte besser sein :) Aber die Küchenchefin ist trotzdem super :) Nur zu empfehlen!!! Great therapy !!! That was my first therapy and I have to say it helped me a lot. The nursing staff, especially Ms. Prietz and Mr. Waclawic are awesome. Mr. Kumlehn is also a very nice and helpful carer. There is one exception, but you have that everywhere. The therapists know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. Especially Ms. Skonetzki and Mr. First-class therapists are small. I was there with my husband, and conversations with couples were also very successful. The boss, Mr. Winkelnkämper is passionate about it and takes time for everyone, no matter how many hours of overtime he is doing as a result. This facility is highly recommended. Small drawback: the food could be better :) But the chef is still great :) I can only recommend it!
L	Linda zander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vom 12.1 21 - 17.12.21 in der schwarzbachklinik und ich kann nur ein großes Lob aussprechen das gesamte Therapeuten Team leistet eine super Arbeit ein großen Dank an Florian kleinig der mit mir meinen Weg gegangen ist , unser Chefarzt der Klinik ist nah nah am Mensch wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe und das Pflegeteam insbesondere Anna priez, Markus wazlawick, und Ralf kumlehn hatten immer ein Ohr für mich vielen Danke dafür ❤ ich bereue nicht ein tag der Verlängerungen. Lediglich die die Räumlichkeiten und die unzureichend vorhandene Vernetzung lassen teils stark zu wünschen übrig . War alles andere als verschenkte Zeit. To be recommended, therapists, social services & care team are competent and approachable. Only the premises and the insufficient existing network leave a lot to be desired. It was anything but wasted time.

Die Sport Therapeuten sind echt klasse ,und machen aus den wenigen Möglichkeiten das beste ?? Die Pflege macht auch eine guten Job ,ins besondere Hr. Wazclawik ( ✔️So oder so ähnlich geschrieben) hat immer ein offenes Ohr und einen guten Rat und begibt sich auf Augenhöhe mit den Patienten!!! Sternabzug für die Ausstattung und das es kein WLAN im Jahre 2021 gibt ! I can only recommend the clinic! Good therapists, a head doctor who always has an open ear for everyone - and knows what he is talking about! The sports therapists are really great and make the best of the few options ?? The care also does a good job, especially Mr. Wazclawik (✔️So or something like that) always has an open ear and good advice and is on an equal footing with the patient! Star deduction for the equipment and that there will be no WiFi in 2021!

Ich kam echt gut klar & muss ein großes Lob an die Pflege die ihren Aufgaben sehr gerecht werden und immer ein offenes Ohr haben. Die Therapeuten leisten echt gute Arbeit. Der Klinik Leiter ist einfach überragend nimmt sich die Zeit wenn man Probleme hat & versucht immer eine Lösung zu finden zusätzlich begeistert er mich als Person von seiner überragender Menschenkenntnise. Wenn man gewollt ist etwas zu erreichen macht man mit der Klinik auf keinen Fall einen Fehler. Zudem wird man als Mensch sehr geschätzt. It was my first time in addiction therapy and it helped me to get away from substances immensely. I got along really well & I have to praise the care staff who do their job very well and always have an open ear. The therapists do a really good job. The clinic manager is simply outstanding, takes the time when you have problems & always tries to find a solution, in addition, he inspires me as a person with his outstanding knowledge of human nature. If you want to achieve something, you definitely don't make a mistake with the clinic. In addition, you are very valued as a person.
M	Marcin Aust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Zeit in dieser Klinik neigt sich dem Ende zu und ich werde die Klinik nach einer 12 wöchigen Zeit wieder verlassen und nach Hause gehen. Ichgehe hier weg mit einem Arbeitsvertrag und einer Wohnung, habe hier vir Selbstvertrauen und Sicherheit wieder gewonnenen es ist eine Klinik die viel wert auf Eigenständigkeit legtund die Patienten ab dem ersten Tag versucht Gesellschaftlich zu integrieren, es ist eine individuelle Behandlung die sich sehr Flexibel auf jeden einzelnen Patienten einstellt. Mein Fazit ist das ich hier in der Zeit von 3 Monaten mehr Geschäft habe wo andere Einrichtungen 6 Monate brauchen, vorausgesetzt ist natürlich die Mitarbeit des jeweiligen Patienten. Die Entscheidung hier her zu kommen war seit langem die beste die ich getroffen habe, wer wirklich was verändern möchte ist hier Gold richtig. Sehr schön gelegen im grünen, hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an die umliegenden großen Städte. Sehr zu Empfehlen wer also mit doppel Zimmern vorlieb nehmen kann ist hier sehr gut bedient. My time in this clinic is coming to an end and I will leave the clinic after a 12 week period and go home. I am leaving here with an employment contract and an apartment, I have regained my self-confidence and security here. It is a clinic that attaches great importance to independence and tries to integrate the patients socially from day one, it is an individual treatment that is very flexible for everyone individual patients. My conclusion is that I have more business here in the period of 3 months where other institutions need 6 months, assuming of course the cooperation of the respective patient. The decision to come here was the best I've made in a long time, if you really want to make a difference, this is the right place for you. Very nicely situated in the countryside, has very good connections to the surrounding large cities. Highly recommended if you can make do with double rooms, you are very well served here.

Hatte mich bereits im Vorfeld mit dem Leitbild und dem behandlungskonzept befasst und mich bewusst für die Klinik entschieden. Die Komplexität der Behandlung, unter Einbeziehung der unterschiedlichen Bereiche und Berufsgruppen , empfand ich als sehr professionell und jederzeit als transparent. Da die Verpflegung bei jeder Patientenbefragung unbegründete Gewichtung erlang möchte ich mich hier ausdrücklich positiv über die abwechslungsreiche und ausgewogene Ernährung aussprechen . Diese Klinik bietet jeden Rehabilitanten die gleichen Möglichkeiten zur Therapie !¡…. Individuell ist der Erfolg ? Hello I was at the Schwarzbachklinik in Ratingen from May 12th, 2021 to November 5th, 2021. Can only recommend the "weaning" in this clinic. I had already dealt with the mission statement and the treatment concept in advance and made a conscious decision to go to the clinic. I found the complexity of the treatment, including the different areas and professional groups, to be very professional and transparent at all times. Since the catering is given unfounded weighting in every patient survey, I would like to expressly say that I am positive about the varied and balanced diet. This clinic offers every rehabilitation student the same treatment options! ¡…. Success is individual ?
