β β β β β Customer reception weak certainly when you consider other outlet stores and certainly when you are a regular Scotch customer (in regular shop network)... Neither assistance and help from employees nor choice... Go online... rather more choice and at least no reception and welcome expectation... Standard Dutch Customer Care is far away ?
