★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aardig, geduldig,rustige ruimte. ik voelde gewoon dat het de behulpzame jongeman die ons hielp alleen om ging dat wij een nuttuge (kwa informatie) en vrolijke middag konden hebben, ook al was ik met kind en teener, die her en der dartelden, hij enkel duidelijkheid, luisteren en geduld. Hij dacht goed mee. De bedden - fijne variatie - en prijzen waren te overzien.
Nice, patient, quiet space. I just felt that the helpful young man who helped us was only concerned that we could have a nuttuge (in terms of information) and a happy afternoon, even though I was with children and teenagers frolicking here and there, he only clarity, listening and patience . He thought along well. The beds - nice variation - and prices were manageable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grappig dat heel veel mensen lyrisch zijn over de vriendelijkheid hoe ze zijn geholpen, maar niemand spreekt zich negatief uit als er is mis is met meubels of de kwaliteit ervan. Dat ga ik nu dus wel doen namens mijn "oude" ouders. Zij hebben zo'n 2 jaar geleden een leren relaxfauteuil gekocht. Nu is daar op de armleuningen de verf (kleur cognac) vanaf aan het gaan en slaat deze zwart uit. Na diverse foto's te hebben gestuurd en gevraagd te hebben hoe dit kan gebeuren, kregen ze keer op keer geen gehoor. Na de laatste poging kregen ze alleen een offerte prijs te zien die ze nota bene zelf moesten betalen terwijl het nog onder de garantie termijn viel. Absurd, hoe deze mensen zijn geholpen.
Funny that a lot of people are lyrical about the kindness how they have been helped, but no one speaks negatively when there is something wrong with furniture or its quality. I will now do that on behalf of my "old" parents. They bought a leather recliner about 2 years ago. Now the paint (color cognac) on the armrests is starting to fade and it is turning black. After sending several photos and asking how this could happen, they got no reply time after time. After the last attempt, they only got to see a quotation price that they had to pay themselves while it was still under warranty. Absurd how these people have been helped.
