β β β β β The staffs who attended to me was really nice, encouraging and helpful and all the couches were really beautiful it was difficult to make a choice but with the help of the staff who works there i was able to make a better choice.

β β β β β We bought one new sofa that broke in 1 month and we came back to the shop to fix the problem but the personnel was not nice, they did not give us any clear solution and put us in an embarrassing situation. Definitely not recommend. ?

I have never done a Google review before, but I had to for Seats and Sofa. Honestly they have the WORST Customer Service ever.
I bought a Sofa in August under the premise that it would be delivered in 7-8 weeks. The Sales person "allegedly" called the production to see if this was possible and assured me that it was. After that promise, I decided to buy the Sofa.
Fast-forward 12 weeks later, I still do not have a Sofa and also no update on when it will be ready for shipping. Each week I call and nothing has changed. No update, no information, nothing. It seems like the people working there are not even trying to help with a problem. I expect from a company, as big as Seats and Sofa, to then at least keep the customer informed and updated.
I understand that deliveries can take a little longer, but not almost twice the time of initial delivery.
I cannot believe that they make false promises to accelerate sales and then don't hold what they have promised.
It looks like these are tactics they use frequently. There are many groups on Facebook, that people have founded to exchange their problems, even legally filed charges with Seats and Sofa.
